- How fast does my listing go live?
- Immediately. As soon as Stripe confirms your payment, your profile publishes to the markets on your account. Nobody at PropertyDNA has to approve it.
- Can I change my markets later?
- Yes. Add or remove cities from your dashboard whenever you want. Changes take effect on the site right away, within the market count your plan covers.
- Do you charge per lead or take a referral fee?
- Never. This is a flat monthly advertising fee for a clearly-labeled placement. We do not sell referrals, take a cut of a closed loan or transaction, or charge per lead.
- How many advertisers share a market?
- Featured placements are capped at 3 advertisers per market. Once a market fills, it stays closed until someone cancels. That scarcity is the whole point.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the Stripe billing portal linked in your dashboard. Month-to-month, no contract, no cancellation fee.
- Who sees my listing?
- Investors analyzing live listings in your markets: on property pages, in search results, and in the pro directory for those cities.
